An earthquake of magnitude 4.7 occurred early evening on Sunday 17 January 2021 at 7:42 pm local time near Myitkyina, Myitkyinā District, Kachin State, Myanmar (Burma), as reported by TMD.

Kohima, Dimapur / Weak shaking (MMI III) : I was resting on my bed while playing with my PS Vita, and all of sudden I feel my bed was shaking for 2 seconds. I got out of my bed and ask did any one else feel the shaking. Beside one uncle, who was also resting in his bed, no one feel the quake! | One user found this interesting.
