The Hindu news reported that there has been no immediate reports of damage to property released. Although, people who felt the quake were panic-stricken and ran out of their homes.

A moderately shallow 3.6 earthquake shook the state of Assam in northeastern India on Thursday night, 25 Feb. 2021, at 10:03 pm local time. The earthquake occurred 31 km east of Guwahati in the Kamrup Metropolitan District at a depth of 30 km.
Our monitoring service received numerous user reports mostly from the city of Guwahati describing light to moderate shaking. The quake was felt at about 70 km radius around the epicenter.
The following are towns or cities near the epicenter where the quake was felt; Dispur (pop. 10,800) located 26 km from the epicenter, Mangaldai (pop. 24,900) 28 km away, Guwahati (pop. 899,100) 30 km away, Morigaon (pop. 20,800) 30 km away, North Guwāhāti (pop. 17,500) 33 km away, Khārupatia (pop. 18,600) 38 km away, Rangia (pop. 26,400) 52 km away, and Dhing (pop. 20,800) 52 km away.
No damage has been reported due to this quake.
Just 9 days ago, Assam was hit by a magnitude 4.7 quake 17 km from the town of Tezpur. No report of loss of life or damage to property has been received. The Tezpur quake occurred about 80 km east of last night's quake.
