The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) reported a magnitude 4.7 quake in Indonesia near Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan, only 13 minutes ago. The earthquake hit around noon on Tuesday 13 April 2021 at 12:53 pm local time at a shallow depth of 10 km. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
