The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) reported a magnitude 4.4 quake in Peru near Orcopampa, Provincia de Castilla, Arequipa, only 15 minutes ago. The earthquake hit early evening on Monday 14 June 2021 at 7:47 pm local time at an intermediate depth of 113 km. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
Towns or cities near the epicenter where the quake might have been felt as very weak shaking include Pettcce (pop. 210) located 41 km from the epicenter, and Orcopampa (pop. 5,600) 66 km away.

Sonesta hotel (151.6 km NNE of epicenter) [Map] / Very weak shaking (MMI II) / horizontal (sideways) swinging / 5-10 s : Horizontal shaking. Two episode. Separate by 10-15secondes. Duration: 5-10 secondes. I was in my bed doing nothing. Felt it and saw my water bottle moving the second time  
Cusco (152 km NNE of epicenter) [Map] / Weak shaking (MMI III) / horizontal (sideways) swinging / 10-15 s : Felt a swaying and curtains were swaying.  
Sonesta hotel cusco / Very weak shaking (MMI II) / horizontal (sideways) swinging / 5-10 s : Two episode, separate by 15 seconde each. Duration of 5 to 10 secondes. On my bed in the six floor of the hotel in central cuzco
