India's National Center for Seismology (NCS) reported a magnitude 4.6 quake in Afghanistan near Ishqoshim, Ishkoshim, Gorno-Badakhshan, only 19 minutes ago. The earthquake hit in the morning on Wednesday, November 10th, 2021, at 10:14 am local time at an intermediate depth of 147 km. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
