Gurgaon (27.4 km SW of epicenter) [Map] / Very weak shaking (MMI II) / horizontal (sideways) swinging / 10-15 s : The fans were oscillating slowly. We realised that it was an earthquake, although we couldn't feel the shaking.  
Delhi, India (5.6 km NW of epicenter) [Map] / Weak shaking (MMI III) / rattling, vibrating / 2-5 s : I was sitting and my bed started vibrating and my kids also came running from their rooms to tell me there’s an earthquake
