Ha Noi (1.2 km WSW of epicenter) [Map] / Very weak shaking (MMI II) : Lying in bed when I felt a weak shaking feel, at the same time I heard creaks akin to stuff budging out of their place for about a minute or 2  
hanoi (1.2 km ENE of epicenter) [Map] / Very weak shaking (MMI II) : was brushing my teeth when i felt dizzy, then my gf told me it was an earthquake
