Hyogo japan (3.8 km SE of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) / rattling, vibrating / several minutes : First one big jolt and then light vibrating for several minutes  
Nishinomiya, Hyogo (6.1 km S of epicenter) [Map] / Weak shaking (MMI III) : I am on the 7th floor and I really felt the shaking. It was the 2nd strong on for today.
