SCRANTON (146.1 km NW of epicenter) [Map] / Weak shaking (MMI III) / rattling, vibrating : I was playing video games in my apartment and since I'm on the 6th floor I started to feel slight vibrating, then as I sat there it progressively got worse, it is now vibrating and rattling my tv and I can hear the vibration with a slight hum and I felt it around 4am and it is still ongoing.
You can't see the vibration in the picture, but the water is slightly vibrating (public domain)
07065 (0 km SW of epicenter) [Map] / Very weak shaking (MMI II) : Gentle shaking felt while lying in bed.
