"I felt it" reports:
Zama / MMI III (Weak shaking)
Higashi shinjuku / MMI IX (Violent shaking)
Tsukuba (Japan) (193 km SW from epicenter)(no details): It was moderately strong shaking, but not strong enough for things (at least in my home) to fall over. I didn't speak to anyone so I don't know if others felt it but I think it'd be impossible for people to have not noticed it. It also went on for longer than the usual smaller quakes. (via EMSC)
