Puerto Vallarta (259.3 km NE of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) : Sitting on 12th floor balcony looking down at beach. Felt like my head was spinning, looked up and felt like room spinning, curtain chains blowing and dining room chandelier swaying. Lasted approximately one minute. My sister in her bedroom felt the bed moving and heard the walls creak.
