Venus / Severe shaking (MMI VIII) : Trees shaking- loud boom and the walls visibly moved along with furniture. We could feel the rumble. Lasted about 2 seconds.

Granbury (United States, 63 km W of epicenter) : wasn't sure how to describe shaking and sound for this was my first. but I was setting at my kitchen table with my laptop, they both were shaking and I live in a doublewide mobile home and defiantly felt it, like it was coming apart, shifting back and forth. Arlington (United States, 28 km N of epicenter) : It was about 6pm I was laying across my bed everything was turn of except my phone i felt a shift from under ground a rumble I said is it a gas explosion and then I said its and earthquake and I heard this sound like shatter in the next room it was very quick and scary (reported through EMSC)

Alvarado (United States, 11 km SW of epicenter) : I was starting to prepare supper and had just opened the frig door....boom load like an explosion and the floor felt like it was moving. It was load, short and made me feel like I was weak and going to vomit. I seen the neighbors were coming out to their back yard checking their houses and I went outside to join them. The stormy weather in North Texas took up all the news time both at 6 pm and again at 10 pm and I was VERY SURPRISED THIS WAS NOT ON THE NEWS AS THIS IS THE FIRST FOR MANY AND PEOPLE WERE SCARED. This quake should have been on the news weather condition or not to let people know. I had to find it here for myself. Fracking consequence right? (reported through EMSC)
