Waynesboro mcbean area (80.9 km SSE from epicenter) / not felt: I work nights. Get home and stay up until about 6 our 7. Was right at or had just fallen asleep. Noise woke me. Heard the sound before and knew the rumble. thought that sounds like an earthquake. Laid in bed trying to feel vibrating but none. fell back asleep. a few days later I'm on fb and see an old post from a friend about the quake. in my slumber I had totally forgotten it and took it as who knows what that was and went back to sleep. But after seeing his post I knew that was an earthquake I
(198.5 km WSW from epicenter) / MMI IV (Light shaking): I was awakened by my bed shaking. It lasted long enough for me stay awake and realize it was not a dream, and it was definitely seismic activity.
