Just 18 minutes ago, a 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck near Amalner, Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India. The tremor was recorded in the morning on Monday, May 23rd, 2022, at 11:21 am local time, at an intermediate to considerable depth of 151 km below the surface.
The event was filed by India's National Center for Seismology (NCS), the first seismological agency to report it.
