Tokyo, Shinjuku (246.2 km SW of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) : Building was noticebly shaking
torihama, Kanazwa-ku, Yokohama (247.3 km SW of epicenter) [Map] / Moderate shaking (MMI V)
Tokio / Moderate shaking (MMI V) : I woke up because my bed was shaking.35th floor of the hotel.
Koto (Japan, 247 km SW of epicenter) : From the 10th floor of the IBM Toyosu Office Building in Tokyo, I judge the frequency of swaying was about 2 Hz, or two sway cycles per second. (reported through EMSC)
