Santa Tecla (El Salvador, 224 km E of epicenter) : Second one of the day. Blimey. (reported through EMSC)
San Marcos (Guatemala, 143 km NW of epicenter) : This morning we were awoken by a slightly weaker one at 6am Guatemala time & this one about 25 mins. ago I felt while standing on an upper outside deck by a railing. Does the full moon affect earthquakes? This site shows that this particular area of Guatemala have experienced an aftershock every few hours since the 6am this morning? Not worried though. :-) (reported through EMSC)
Guatemala City (Guatemala, 130 km NE of epicenter) : It was pretty long. around 1 minute (reported through EMSC)
Guatemala (Guatemala, 127 km NE of epicenter) : very strong and long (reported through EMSC)
San Salvador (El Salvador, 225 km E of epicenter) : It was not strong, but it lasted a long time. (reported through EMSC)
Quetzaltenango (Guatemala, 143 km NW of epicenter) : At first I thought wind was shaking the hostel in which we were staying, but bed is on a concrete floor & chandelier swung (reported through EMSC)
Guatemala City (Guatemala, 140 km NE of epicenter) : It was a fairly long earthquake compared to the other two today. I'd say it lasted 45 seconds. (reported through EMSC)
Guatemala City (Guatemala, 140 km NE of epicenter) : Seemed not to last as long as the earthquake this morning at 0611 but was felt stronger. (reported through EMSC)

We truly love working to bring you the latest volcano and earthquake data from around the world. Maintaining our website and our free apps does require, however, considerable time and resources.
Our server is reaching its limits and we need financing to increase capacity in order to deal with huge activity peaks when quakes occur. We're aiming to achieve uninterrupted service wherever an earthquake or volcano eruption unfolds, and your donations can make it happen! Every penny counts and every donation will be highly appreciated. If you find the information useful and would like to support our team in integrating further features and in upgrading our software, please make a donation (PayPal or Online cc payment).
