Mexico City airport hotel / Moderate shaking (MMI V) : Had just checked into hotel. Sat on my bed (3rd floor). The quake was a rolling one. It felt like being rocked back and forth for about 10-15 seconds.

No Damage. Have 2 cats that looked up, but did not run away or show signs of distress. (reported through EMSC)
Tlapa de Comonfort (Mexico, 64 km S of epicenter) : It both began and terminated quite abruptly. The ground moved laterally, with oscillations of about one half second. The effects here were felt less than 15 seconds. (reported through EMSC)
Ciudad de México (Mexico, 156 km NW of epicenter) : Strong but brief, Ar Bauti (reported through EMSC)
San Juan Totolac (Mexico, 118 km N of epicenter) : It was in two waves, the first making me feel as if I were being swung from side to side while laying of the floor. I got a little dizzy and my tummy felt swirly. Then a brief rest and another weak but unmistakable shaking in the same manner. And that was all. (reported through EMSC)
