PVMBG reported that during 16-22 December lava flows continue to be active on the SW and W flanks of the volcano which traveled 1.8 km downslope the Nanitu, Pangi, and Sense drainages.
An ash plume rose 150 m above the summit.
Incandescence continues to be observed from both summit craters at night.
