North Beach / Light shaking (MMI IV) : This is my first earthquake experience as I’m from Sydney, Australia. I was sleeping and was woken up by the shaking. It was confusing but not too alarming.

Livermore, Alameda, California (46 km ESE of epicenter) [Map] / Moderate shaking (MMI V) : Awoke as a result of strong shake in our livermore townhome at around 2:30am  
Concord, Ca (23.5 km ENE of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) : Strong jolt. scared the cat sleeping on the bed. (reported through our app)  
Fremont (42.2 km SSE of epicenter) [Map] / Moderate shaking (MMI V) (reported through our app)
San Rafael / Light shaking (MMI IV) : Woke up seconds before the actual quake. The couch and dishes were shaken and our Christmas tree was rattling.
