Moderate earthquake of magnitude 4.2 just reported 68 km southeast of Salina Cruz, Mexico

Mexico's National Seismological Service (SSN) reported a magnitude 4.2 quake in Mexico near Salina Cruz, Oaxaca, only 26 minutes ago. The earthquake hit late at night on Saturday 12 June 2021 at 11:30 pm local time at a moderately shallow depth of 40 km. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
A second report was later issued by the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), which listed it as a magnitude 4.2 earthquake as well.
