Seoul / Very weak shaking (MMI II) / 1-2 s : I think I felt a smaller foreshock of the earthquake in the yellow sea nearby Gunsan city, when in the preceding night on 21st August between 1am and 2am I felt irritated because I felt my body slightly vibrating for a second and thought it does so becaus
