Coleman Seamount volcano is a submarine volcano in the western Solomon Islands discovered in 1985 by the Hawaiian "Moana Wave" research vessel during a November 1985 to January 1986 cruise.
The volcano formed above the eastern end of the now inactive Woodlark spreading center, located south of the convergent boundary between the Indo-Australian and Pacific plates. Although it is close to being subducted, Coleman Seamount is still undissected and has probably erupted more recently than its neighbor Kana Keoki Seamount.
