"I felt it" reports:
Taipei (144.1 km NNE from epicenter) [Map] / MMI V (Moderate shaking)
Tainan Shangri La (111.5 km SW from epicenter) [Map] / MMI V (Moderate shaking): Had a coffee at the moment the quake struck. small aftershocks for about a minute.... All people in th ecoffee shop stayed calm. No objects displaced so far.
Taichung / MMI V (Moderate shaking): Shaking horizontally for a long period of time around 30-40 seconds. Not sure if we should run or wait. Nothing fell off though. But it lasted longer than usual for the past few years.
Xiamen jimei / MMI III (Weak shaking): Sofa moved a little. I stood up and could feel the walls move. Didnt hear any rattling.
Taipei / MMI V (Moderate shaking): Short, but the couch seemed to move back and forth about 1 foot!
Taichung City (58.2 km W from epicenter) [Map] / MMI V (Moderate shaking): First quake I have ever been in, very scary to say the least!
Taipei (153.2 km NNE from epicenter) [Map] / MMI V (Moderate shaking): I was on the 17th floor. At 13:44 local time (according to my laptop clock) the building started to move from side to side. You could feel the intensity increase over a period of approximately 30 to 40 seconds. The magnitude of the shaking decreased after about 1 minute however it felt like there were smaller after shocks for up to 2 minutes (i.e. until about 13:46)
Northeastern part of Xiamen. (313.2 km WNW from epicenter) [Map] / MMI III (Weak shaking): For about 20 seconds, I could feel the room shaking lightly, and noticed hanging objects swaying. It was rhythmic - about 2 Hertz or so, and it died off after a short time. Other occupants also felt the tremor. Some were alarmed enough to go outdoors for a few minutes.

Wenzhou (China) (458 km NW from epicenter)(no details): I felt very gentle rhythmic vibrations and swaying of the building. (via EMSC)
Fengshan District (Taiwan) (152 km SW from epicenter)(no details): This was the longest earthquake I've ever felt. It lasted for what seemed 30 to 40 seconds as I looked at my watch. It felt as though we were on a circus ride being shook around. (via EMSC)
