Ebisu, Tokyo. On 8th floor of modern apartment blo / Light shaking (MMI IV) : Awakened by initial light shaking which lasted a couple of seconds, and was followed by a similar shake about 10 seconds later.

Tokio / Moderate shaking (MMI V) : Experience during night
shinjuku / Light shaking (MMI IV) : I was lying awake in my bed when the shaking sarted. other people from my dormitory went to the hallway for a short check if everyone was ok because the shaking lasted very long.

Aasee bridge Münster Germany / Very strong shaking (MMI VII) : We my girl freind and I were standiing on the Aasee bridge in Münster Germany and we was looking us the sun go downing in the west sky. Suddenly the Aasee bridge had a strong shaking. We thougt first the Aasee bride is very good, because it shaking. Now I hear from a neighbour that was the shaking from Japan 19.10 EU time. It was not my first earth shaking feeling.

Shinjuku (Japan, 475 km W of epicenter) : Started with a swaying effect that then grew and caused the hotel to rattle. My partner was sound asleep whilst I immediately felt it, but she soon woke up. Felt like it lasted for a minute. (reported through EMSC)

Shinagawa (Japan, 475 km W of epicenter) : È stato piuttosto lungo, prima debole e poi con una scossa più forte e quindi è diminuito fino a placarsi. Gli oggetti e i vetri vibravano ma niente è caduto. Ho pensato che doveva essere un terremoto piuttosto forte ma con epicentro lontano. (reported through EMSC)
Tsukuba (Japan, 427 km W of epicenter) : First it started out as many of the smaller earthquakes we had the past month but then it became quite intense for a couple seconds and things were rattling and shifting. I could hear and see people waking up but noone went out because it's heavily raining because of the typhoon. (reported through EMSC)
