Kolkata / Moderate shaking (MMI V) : Was in office wen I felt the shake. Felt as if someone was shaking my chair.

Atsugi, Kanagawa, Japan / Very weak shaking (MMI II) : I was on bed at 6.13 a.m. in Atsugi, Japan. I heard the shaking sounds of windows and at the same time I was felt that my bed is shaking.

Misawa, Japan / Light shaking (MMI IV) : First, the Japanese mobile phone sounded a warning, which woke me up. Then, my apartment building started shaking. I grabbed a few things and headed for the door. It stopped after about half a minute. No after shocks so far. The quake happened about 25 minutes ago. My nerves were rattled, but nothing was broken.
