Viña del Mar / Moderate shaking (MMI V) : I live as Dutch guy in Viña del Mar in an apartment on level 16. At 4.30 local time I weak up because the whole building cracks and move. The gortons and lamps are moving strongly and I feel the whole maas of the building is moving. In Chile is this normal but for me always again a bad feeling.
