INGV webcam capture showing incandescence in the New SE crater
Tremor at Etna began rising on 20 November. On the night of 21 November, incandescence was seen in Etna's New Southeast crater. Incandescence was last observed from the crater in April 2012.

SO2 plume from Etna on 14 Nov (NOAA)
Not much activity has been reported recently from Etna, but a small SO2 plume showed up on NOAA's satellite image of 14 Nov, suggesting a phase of increased degassing.

Just before midnight on 19 October, strombolian activity resumed at the Bocca Nuova. The tremor started to pick up after midnight.

Osservatorio Etneo reported that on the evening of 2 October weak Strombolian activity resumed within Etna's Bocca Nuova crater, from the same vent on the SE part of the crater floor that was active in July and August 2012. ...plus

The scoria cone erupting on October 5th inside the Bocca Nuova crater, the lava flow can be seen in the image.
A new lava flow has began to effuse from the new scoria cone in the Bocca Nuova on 5 October. A steady gas plume is also rising above the crater. ...plus

A screenshot of the Etna livecam shows red glow from the Bocca Nuova crater last night. This is probably due to new strombolian activity in the eastern crater of the Bocca Nuova.
