Introduction
The Pleistocene Mt. Murray stratovolcano straddles WNW-trending limestone ridges and contains a large 6-km-wide crater breached to the south that may have originated from slope failure (Johnson 1987). Two parasitic cones are situated on the NE and SE flanks.---
