An earthquake of magnitude 4.3 occurred only 21 minutes ago 67 km northwest of Tapachula, Mexico, Mexico's National Seismological Service (SSN) reported.
The quake hit at an intermediate depth of 112 km beneath the epicenter near Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico, late at night on Sunday 21 March 2021 at 11:54 pm local time. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
