Golden Hill, San Diego 92102 (18.9 km SSE of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) / single vertical bump / 1-2 s : It felt like something hard knocked into the house and we heard it too. I think it was two knocks in rapid succession and the noise was like a bang. We thought maybe something hit our retaining wall, but the noise wasn't quite right for that to be it. It did set off our motion lights outside and our dogs were up and looking around for something too. | 2 users found this interesting.
