An earthquake of magnitude 3.2 occurred in the evening on Monday 1 March 2021 at 8:43 pm local time near Konstanz, Freiburg Region, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, as reported by the Swiss Seismological Service (SED).
According to preliminary data, the quake was located at a shallow depth of 22.6 km. Shallow earthquakes are felt more strongly than deeper ones as they are closer to the surface.
