Semisopochnoi volcano (Aleutian Islands, USA) - Smithsonian / USGS Weekly Volcanic Activity Report for 16 February-22 February 2022 (Continuing Activity)
AVO reported that low-level eruptive activity at Semisopochnoi's North Cerberus cone continued during 16-22 February. Seismicity was elevated with low-level tremor, and occasional explosions, detected almost daily in both seismic and infrasound data. AVO reported that low-level eruptive activity at Semisopochnoi's North Cerberus cone continued during 9-15 February. Seismicity was elevated with low-level tremor, and several small explosions were detected daily in both seismic and infrasound data, through 13 February.
