Kilauea (Hawai'i): (5 Mar) Kilauea summit tiltmeters recorded continuing DI deflationary tilt, 2 microradians in the past 24 hrs - a fairly large deflation!

Part of Nishino-shima island with active flows on the southern shore, forming new bays and a small lake that once was a bay (Japan Coast guard)
Nishino-shima (Volcano Islands): The island continues to grow as lava flows slowly spread into several directions. This is shown nicely by the latest aerial survey pictures the Japanese Coast guard took on 28 Feb. Lava flows at Enta this morning (Monte Cagliato thermal webcam, INGV Catania)
Etna (Sicily, Italy): No significant changes have occurred at the volcano. Lava continues to flow from the vents at the eastern flank of the New SE crater and produces overlapping flows, typically a few 100 m long, near the rim of and on the upper slope into the Valle del Bove. Shiveluch (Kamchatka): Although no larger explosions or dome collapses have occurred in the past days, the activity at the volcano remains intense and such events could happen any time again.
