Fuego Volcano (Guatemala): continued explosive activity

INSIVUMEH report that over the past 24 hours, Fuego volcano produced 10-13 weak-moderate explosions per hour that threw ash columns to heights of 4600 - 4700 meters (15090-15420 feet) above sea level. These ash columns were dispersed 15 - 20 km to the west and southwest. Ash fall occurred in areas of Panimaché, Morelia, Santa Sofía, El Porvenir, Palo Verde farm, San Pedro, Yepocapa and others. During the night lava flows was observed towards the Ceniza ravine with an approximate length of 600 m.
