Ash emissions from Galera on 13 Dec (INGEOMINAS)
The volcano's activity has remained at similar levels as during the past weeks, with sporadic ash emissions such as yesterday, when a plume rose to up to 1 km above the crater.
Magma is slowly rising within the edifice, reflected also by low to moderate seismicity and SO2 emission values reported by INGEOMINAS.
