Ibu volcano (Halmahera, Indonesia): near-constant explosions continue

On 17 May
Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Darwin recorded and ash plume that reached 14,000 ft (4,300 m)
altitude and drifted west.
There is a 2 km exclusion zone around the main crater in place and 3,5 km zone away on the N side.
