Ibu volcano (Halmahera, Indonesia) - Smithsonian / USGS Weekly Volcanic Activity Report for 24 March-30 March 2021 (Continuing Activity)
PVMBG reported that on 25 March at 1814 a gray ash plume from Ibu rose to 2.3 km (7,500 ft) a.s.l. and drifted W. White-and-gray emissions rose 200-1,000 m above the crater drifting N, S, E, and W during 25-26, 28, and 30 March.

The Alert Level remained at 2 (on a scale of 1-4), and the public was warned to stay at least 2 km away from the active crater and 3.5 km away on the N side.
