A magnitude 4.8 earthquake near Sola, Torba, Vanuatu, was reported only 24 minutes ago by Indonesia's Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysical Agency, considered the main national agency that monitors seismic activity in this part of the world. The earthquake occurred at an intermediate to considerable depth of 220 km beneath the epicenter early morning on Monday 3 May 2021 at 4:15 am local time.
