An intermediate magnitude 4.3 earthquake was reported in the evening near Shizunai-furukawachō, Hidaka-gun, Hokkaido, Japan.

According to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), the quake hit on Thursday 10 June 2021 at 8:35 pm local time at an intermediate depth of 80 km.
