Chignik Bay (188.1 km NNE of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) / vibration and rolling / 20-30 s : Rolling side to side slight rapid bumping vibrations in an up and down motion, as well, with the quake coming in two separate fluxes, each beginning with a jolt, but the second jolt was slightly more powerful. The jolts were less than 10 seconds apart from each other. It disturbed our older dog at rest, but our puppy slept right through it. Our two cats didn’t seem to visibly react with running our bolting around, but stayed put in their beds.
