The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) reported a magnitude 4.9 quake in Mexico near Apatzingan, Apatzingán, Michoacan, only 14 minutes ago. The earthquake hit late at night on Monday 10 May 2021 at 11:37 pm local time at an intermediate depth of 122 km. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
