Come parte del nostro tour da Stromboli dell'Etna, saliamo solitamente crateri sommitali dell'Etna. Nel mese di ottobre, una tempesta di neve precoce aveva appena passato prima il nostro tour, copertura di gran parte delle aree superiore dell'Etna in una coltre di neve bella.
