Solano (25.2 km E of epicenter) [Map] / Weak shaking (MMI III) / horizontal (sideways) swinging / 2-5 s : I was surfing on my phone while sitting on a couch on the first floor of the house with a kid and it suddenly shaked. We noticed every one and they felt it too they thought they was just dizzy but it was actually an earthquake.
