A magnitude 4.2 earthquake near Hisai-motomachi, Tsu, Mie, Japan, was reported only 21 minutes ago by NIED, considered the main national agency that monitors seismic activity in this part of the world. The earthquake occurred at a great depth of 378.1 km beneath the epicenter early afternoon on Monday 18 January 2021 at 3:14 pm local time.
