Just 11 minutes ago, a 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck near Bāzārak, Panjshir, Afghanistan. The tremor was recorded in the morning on Sunday, September 12th, 2021, at 10:10 am local time, at an intermediate depth of 114.8 km below the surface.

The event was filed by India's National Center for Seismology (NCS), the first seismological agency to report it.
