Magnitude 3.2 earthquake strikes near Pāhala, Hawaii County, Hawaii, USA

The United States Geological Survey reported a magnitude 3.2 quake in the United States near Pāhala, Hawaii County, Hawaii, only 17 minutes ago. The earthquake hit in the afternoon on Wednesday, November 17th, 2021, at 5:33 pm local time at a moderately shallow depth of 21 miles. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
