Krakatau volcano (Indonesia): crater incandescence, likely mild strombolian activity continuing

After last night's paroxysm, activity continues at lower levels. The webcam on the island shows incandescence at the crater and VAAC Darwin reported low-level ash clouds during the day.
Most likely, mild strombolian activity is occurring at the crater, but there are currently no good direct observations to confirm the type of activity.
