La Palma volcano update: Second lava arm reaches the sea, generating massive rockfalls at the sea cliff

Another branch of the active lava flow made it to the ocean today, traveling south of the one that reached it yesterday and creating yet another sea entry.

On its path down the sea cliff, it has been destabilizing rocks from the cliff wall, which have been falling down in rockfalls that generate thick dust clouds in addition to the steam from the lava entering the ocean.
