SGC recorded during the period 17-23 Dec 2019
continuous volcanic tremor and long-period earthquakes located in the Arenas crater and its surroundings with the maximum magnitude M 1.6 in the depth from 0,4 km to 7,8 km.
Seismicity is associated with movement of magma inside the volcano.On 18 December
an ash plume reached 20,900 ft (6,371 m) altitude and drifted NW.
