Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Darwin recorded new emissions of ash during the past two months
, when the volcano erupted on 29 February 2020. Ash plumes reached 10,000 ft (3,000 m)
altitude. Volcanic ash is dispersed towards the northwest.
